Nuuri Wins Two Industry Awards for Innovation in Early Years Technology

Nuuri, the UK’s fastest-growing nursery search and enrolment platform, has been recognised with two prestigious industry awards, highlighting the company’s growing impact on the early years sector and the wider technology ecosystem.

The platform has been named “Best Digital Nursery Platform – UK 2025” by Global Tech Insider and has also been recognised as a winner in the SME News Awards programme, celebrating high-performing and innovative businesses across the UK SME landscape.

These accolades recognise Nuuri’s mission to modernise how parents discover nurseries and how childcare providers manage the pre-enrolment journey.

Founded in 2024 by entrepreneur and first-time parent Steven Clarke, Nuuri is building the UK’s leading digital marketplace for nursery search and enrolment. The platform helps parents discover and compare early years settings while enabling nurseries to manage enquiries, waiting lists, and parent engagement more efficiently.

Recognising Innovation in the Technology Sector

The Global Tech Insider Awards celebrate companies that are pushing the boundaries of innovation and transforming industries through technology. The awards programme highlights organisations whose platforms and products are driving real-world impact across sectors including AI, cloud computing, and digital services.

Being named Best Digital Nursery Platform – UK 2025 reflects Nuuri’s ambition to bring transparency, modern design, and automation to a sector that has historically lacked dedicated digital infrastructure.

Celebrating High-Growth UK SMEs

Nuuri has also been recognised through SME News, a publication focused on highlighting the most innovative and high-performing small and medium-sized enterprises across the UK.

SME News awards programmes celebrate businesses demonstrating strong leadership, innovation, and meaningful impact within their industries, recognising companies that are helping drive the UK’s entrepreneurial ecosystem forward.

Founder’s Perspective

Steven Clarke, Founder and CEO of Nuuri, commented:

“We launched Nuuri to solve a problem that almost every parent faces – the difficulty of finding the right nursery and navigating waiting lists.

To be recognised by both Global Tech Insider and SME News so early in our journey is incredibly encouraging for the entire team.

These awards validate the work we’re doing to modernise the nursery discovery and enrolment experience across the UK, and they reinforce our mission to support both parents and early years providers with better technology.”

Looking Ahead

Since launching, Nuuri has been rapidly expanding its platform across the UK, helping thousands of parents search for nursery places while supporting childcare providers with new digital tools to manage enquiries and improve communication with families.

As the early years sector continues to face increasing pressure around demand, capacity, and waiting lists, Nuuri aims to play a central role in modernising the nursery discovery process and making access to childcare simpler for families nationwide.

The recognition from Global Tech Insider and SME News marks another milestone in Nuuri’s journey as it continues scaling its platform across the UK.
