About this Bolton Nursery

Description

Croft House is a privately-run day nursery registered by Ofsted to care for children between the ages of six weeks and five years. We also offer Before and After School Care to children attending Horwich Parish CE Primary School and Holiday Club to all primary school children, regardless of the school they attend.

Croft House Nursery was opened in the autumn of 1989 and is now accommodated in a specially renovated building at the entrance to Bridge Street. The Nursery receives support from the Bolton Start Well Team.

Croft House is run by Janet Lomax-Baker B.Ed. (Hons), M.A. (Nursery Management) EYPS who is a well-qualified and experienced Early Years Teacher. The Nursery offers many benefits, including the ability to provide a homely, family-type atmosphere. This has always been one of the main aims of Croft House Nursery.

Croft House is situated in a quiet area of Horwich, close to parkland yet near to the centre of the town and its amenities. The local woodland areas are used extensively for Forest School Sessions.
