Our nursery inside Clayhall Park benefits from a beautiful outdoor environment that provides a varied range of learning opportunities. Having a large garden allows the children to continue their learning outdoors. Our location inside Clayhall Park is enviable. Clayhall Park is a mature well-landscaped park set in the heart of one of Ilford’s premier residential areas and is a Green Flag Award Park.

Hackney nursery is based inside New City College Hackney Campus. We offer places for children from 3 months to 5 years old. We are open from 8am- 6pm and open 38 weeks of the year (term time only). We cater for students and working parents. The campus is spacious and is based in the heart of Hoxton. The building that the nursery occupies is a converted school, our classroom facilities are spacious with lots of natural light that comes through our large victorian windows.

We believe that you will not find a nursery in a more attractive setting - a beautifully restored and well-maintained detached Victorian house in a tree-lined residential street in Highbury. Access is easy by car and a local bus with a stop a short distance from the nursery gates, runs to Highbury and Islington Underground station; there are also numerous other buses in the vicinity. The spacious gardens to the front and rear provide a tranquil environment for a variety of bird and animal life which enriches our children’s knowledge and understanding of their world. Nearby are Highbury Fields, Clissold Park and the New River Walk – perfect outdoor locations for escorted excursions.

Under the Willow is a long established, highly respected and family owned nursery offering full time education for children aged 3 months - 5 years, 50 weeks of the year. We follow the Montessori method of education and provide warm and welcoming environments in which children are nurtured, motivated and eager to learn. Our philosophy is that every child we care for deserves a calm, caring, safe and stimulating environment in which to learn. The Herne Hill railway station, which connects to the City and the West End, is only a ten-minute walk away, making public transportation convenient. Just across the street is the No. 3 & 201 bus stop. A quick bus ride gets you to Brixton tube station. Within five minutes of walking, there are a lot more buses. Therefore, you won't need to use a car because we can store your buggy so you can pick it up later after picking up your kid. Additionally, there is space for bikes and scooters.

We are great lovers of outdoors, exploring our local offer and organising fun and exciting trips to keep the children engaged and well stimulated during the years many spend with us! Our teaching practice allows children to be critical thinkers, to problem solve and to eventually encourage independence in thoughts and practice. For babies we provide consistent care, warmth and love in a calm but stimulating environment. Our main aim is for children to leave Abacus with great memories and well equipped for life beyond nursery!

My Favourite Nursery is a voluntary owned organisation which has been registered since 2010 operating from a converted church hall in East Dulwich, South East London. My Favourite Nursery welcomes all children under the age of five into a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere where we are committed to providing high quality care and education. We care for children from birth to five years old, with both full time and four day per week spaces available. We have a maximum capacity of 54 children under eight years of age, opening from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. We open all year round except for one week’s closure during the Easter, Summer (August) and Christmas Holidays. At My Favourite Nursery we offer a “home from home” setting and commit to maintaining a warm, nurturing, family environment where our children’s needs are our first priority.

Trinity Crescent branch opened in February 2012 and is a 50 placement nursery. It is a large double fronted house with five large nursery rooms, several ancillary rooms and a beautifully designed garden. The nursery layout features a Baby Room, Toddler Room, Little Learners Room and Explorers Room. Children aged 3 and over transition to our Preschool classes located at our Day School on Balham High Road. Little Cedars nursery is very much a home-from-home for young children. Babies are welcomed into their own, very tranquil area with a high staff-to-baby ratio. The attention and care this affords helps them to settle in well and to feel relaxed and at home very quickly. In a similar way, the nursery has separate areas and distinct arrangements in place for little ones aged between 1 and 2, toddlers aged 2 to 3 and preschoolers aged between 3 and 5. The nursery even has its own animal enclosure and vegetable patch, which are both extremely popular with the children. Staff are always on hand to ensure that youngsters are given the very best start in life, with all the support and encouragement they need to become self-confident, independent, knowledgeable and able individuals. Indeed, the learning support and care is tailored to the skills, abilities and interests of each individual child. In tandem with this, a progress journal is maintained by a ‘Key Worker’ who is assigned to every child. This arrangement allows personalised goals to be set for each child and ultimately for each child to achieve their own personal bests in every area of their learning and development.
