Atherton House School

Atherton House School has been at the heart of the local community since 1947, and we have been under the current family run ownership since 2001.

We provide care and education for children from 3 months to 5 years of age, 50 weeks per year. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing ‘home from home’ approach, where all babies and children enjoy care, stimulating and age appropriate play and learning activities, time to exercise, rest, and relax, and beautiful home-made food.

Our experienced and professionally qualified Directors and staff team are here to ensure your little ones thrive and flourish in our safe, secure, and well-presented environment. We aim to prepare our children for their lifelong learning journey ahead. We are of course, an inclusive nursery and welcome all children, and we fully support individual children’s needs. We are an Ofsted Registered Provider and our 2022 Ofsted report graded us ‘Good’.
