About this Edinburgh Nursery

Description

Flying Colours Nurseries opened its new state-of-the-art nursery at Cammo Meadows, Edinburgh in May 2024. Situated just off Edinburgh's Maybury Road, our newest setting provides early years care and education for over 100 children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

The nursery is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Our nursery is open year-round, except for the Easter long weekend and the Christmas period. We care for children from 9 months old until they start school. We operates a minimum session policy of two full days (20 hours).

Please note we are not currently offering half day sessions for new registrations.

The length of our waiting list depends on age and sessions. Mid-week sessions are generally more popular and will carry a longer wait in most cases. You will be contacted based on whether there is a match between the days available and your stated preferences. We will always do our best to offer you additional "ad hoc" sessions when you need them. These sessions can be booked through our online platform 'Famly' and we try to be as flexible as we can when availability allowed.
