Kido Tooting is situated in a stunning Grade II Listed Church Hall in the heart of Tooting, the nursery is conveniently located near to Tooting's rail and tube stations. The nursery benefits from light and bright classrooms dedicated to key developmental stages creating a nurturing environment for children from 0-5 years old. It also offers a large outdoor garden for children to run, explore and play. Kido Tooting features a fabulous indoor play space, including a stage which is used for a range of sports, arts and theatrical activities.

In the Adventurers Room at Kido Tooting, children are encouraged to explore and grow their independence. Through sensory play, role-play corners, messy activities, storytelling, and early movement, children start forming their first friendships and social bonds. They enjoy fun French and Spanish sessions, playful language exposure, and creative arts to spark curiosity, all supported by attentive staff who help build confidence in communication and daily routines.
The Discoverers Room at Kido Tooting provides a calm, nurturing environment for babies. Soft, sensory-rich spaces encourage early exploration, rest, and individual attention, from comfort and routines to first movements and babbles. The caring educators support each baby’s development through gentle interaction, language exposure, music, and responsive care in a setting designed to feel like a warm, safe extension of home.
The Experimenters Room is where children dive deeper into literacy, numeracy, and science through playful, hands-on learning. From counting, early letters, simple STEM projects, and discovery play to bilingual exposure with French & Spanish, children are given opportunities to experiment and explore. Educators scaffold learning with structure balanced by freedom—encouraging problem solving, imagination, and growing independence in a warm, active environment.
In the Pathfinders Room at Kido Tooting, children build confidence and independence through a balance of play and structured learning, with a strong focus on school readiness. Our tailored approach includes enriching STEM sessions, as well as early literacy and maths activities, designed to spark curiosity and problem-solving skills. Children also enjoy French and Spanish lessons, expanding their language awareness and cultural understanding. With caring educators guiding them, children develop social skills, resilience, and a love for learning, ensuring they are confident, capable, and ready to thrive in their transition to ‘big school’.
